To ensure prompt service please read & follow these instructions carefully. Failure to do so could mean refusal to accept delivery of your parcel, or additional costs (payable before return) due to Canada Customs taxes and duty.
1. Remove batteries and carry bag (these items are not required).
2. Wrap clock in bubble pack or newspaper. Keeping the box to a minimum size will save you postage (the larger the box, the more you will pay to ship it).
3. Include a written description of the problem, as well as a direct email address (not a Yahoo or Hotmail type) and/or phone number where you can be reached.
4. US or Canadian customers include a $30.00 check (payable to GENE TYSZKA) for return expedited shipping, or $45.00 for return Xpresspost shipping. For the rest of the world add international money order for $60.00 CDN for return airmail shipping.
5. Write the following on the Customs Declaration Form (US & overseas) as to contents - "Digital timer returning to manufacturer for warranty repair - no duty to apply".
6. Ship package via a mail service such as US Postal Service. If you ship by courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) you must pre-authorize all charges (including taxes & duty).
7. If we deem that the repair is covered under warranty, we will refund either part or all of your enclosed payment. However, that decision lies solely with us.
